Oven door fell about 5” by itself light and fan went off won’t come on

Thank you for your question. It sounds like the door latch may have failed and it will need to be replaced. If the door switch failed, then this could prevent the oven from working properly. The part number listed under your model number for the door latch and switch assembly is PS11749848. Hello Perry, Thank you for your inquiry. You can test the door lock switch with a multimeter to see if it has continuity. We have included a link which although it is for the symptom of the door not opening, explains how to test the oven door lock switch. Good luck with your repair.
