Oven door fell about 5” by itself light and fan went off won’t come on

Thank you for your question. It sounds like the door latch may have failed and it will need to be replaced. If the door switch failed, then this could prevent the oven from working properly. The part number listed under your model number for the door latch and switch assembly is PS11749848.
