Easy repair here, the Refridge was purchased at a discount as a scratch and dent model. the damage was superfical and the parts orderd were simple remove and replace job did not take long at all to replace all parts.

Brace-Crisper: this takes a screw driver to remove. remove the crisper shelf and insert a screw driver to lift the plastic securing tab. slide out the frame brace and slide the new brace in place the plastic tabs will snap in to place and hold the metal frame in its position. Grille, Toe: this grill snaps into place no tools required. Bracket: this is the metal bracket for the front feet, there are 4 screws to remove and the bracket comes off the front of the refridge. unsrew the adjustable screw foot and screw the adjustable screw foot into the new bracket......install the 4 screws and you are done. Trim-Shelf: no tools required simply pry the trim piece of with your fingers.....some may use a flat screw driver but this riskes scratching the trim piece. the new trim piece snaps into place.
The side hinge broke off due to the door sticking. so it wasn't covered under warrant.
first I removed the pantry drawer and the 2 crisper drawers. Then I removed the glass shelf and it's supports. Using a nut driver I removed the 2 screws holding the end cap to the side of the refrigerator. Carfully snaped the end cap loose of the clip in front and pulled it straight forward, being carful not to break the rear tabs holding
... Read more the climate adjuster. I then removed the old climate adjuster from my broken part (it's held on by clips) and installed it on the new end cap. I put the new end cap in snapping it onto the existing clip and added the 2 screws. Put the shelf supports and glass back on top of the drawer, slid back in the crisper drawers, installed the divider into the drawer (it just slides in) then put the drawer back in and I was done. It was an easy job and I'm sure I saved at least one hundred dollors for 20 minutes work.

Is this the plastic divider between the two crisper drawers?

Hi Joyce, Thank you for the question. No this is the divider that sits inside the Pantry Drawer. The divider for the 2 crisper drawers is, Part Number: PS1632543. Good luck with the repair!
The small plastic tab broke on the one side of the deli drawer, that holds the lid in place. Is there anyway to replace it?

Thanks for your question. The pantry drawer has been updated by the manufacturer and no longer has a divider compatible with it. The part number is PS11743537 for the drawer.

You responded that the pantry drawer has been updated by the manufacturer and no longer has a divider compatible with it and that the part number is ps11743537 for the drawer. I ordered this divider anyway based on some of the dimensions provided in some appliance forums and it fit perfectly. Why is this part not listed for this drawer?
