The crisper drawer in your refrigerator is used for storing various items. If you notice that your current crisper drawer is damaged, you may need to replace it. You may notice that your refrigerator door does not open or close properly, which is a sign that your cripser drawer is damaged. This crisper drawer is made of clear plastic and is roughly 20 inches in length. This part is sold individually and does not come with the plastic faceplate on it. If your current crisper has one, you will need to remove it and transfer it to the new crisper. NOTE: As per the manufacture the crisper drawer has been updated from the original. A new crisper cover may need to be purchased for the drawers to work. Factory dimensions - 12.847" Depth X 15.217" Width X 6.93 High.

Our white plastic front does not have tabs to lift for removal. Can you send instructions for this model. Thank you.

Hello Jerilyn, Thank you for the question. The Crisper Drawer should just pull out and off the rails and the front just snaps onto place. You should be able to pull the old one off. Thank you for your inquiry, good luck with this repair!

The crispers that came with the fridge are very shallow and I am limited to small fruit and vegetables. Is there a crisper that I can buy that is deeper to replace the shallow ones that came with our refrigerator?

Took me less than 5 minutes to install both
Pulled out old gasket and new one pushed right in with ease. Removed drawer trim and snapped in on new one in 30 sec. took longer to empty the drawer than it did to replace
1. Remove the crisper drawers from the refrigerator. 2. Remove the shelf from the refrigerator (a good opportunity to do some deep cleaning in the far reaches of the fridge ;). 3. With the shelf sitting securely on a flat surface, remove the old trim by using your fingertips to grab the underside of the trim and gently pull it away from the edge of the glass shelf. Work from one end of the trim to the other until the old trim pops off. 4. To attach the new shelf trim, push the trim gently onto the rounded edge of the shelf. Work from one end to the other until the trim snaps into place.
with screw driver, pry up white upper drawer border and cover carefully. Place over new drawer in same location on a hard surface. press the upper border over the new drawer and press downward.carefully until it snaps in place. insert drawer in old drawer location.

Neither part could be repaired, both needed to be replaced. Both had broken pieces.
Removed the broken parts and freplaced it with the new ones. All it took was a little time and patience, to gently remove and replace both parts. Refrigerator looks like new. Easy Instructions to follow.
I simply replaced the drawer with my existing front. I received my order almost next day. I was surprised on their speed, loved it!!

plastic runners cracked - need to replace bins
No probelm what so ever. Take off from bottom first. Took less than 5 minutes for two. Plastic runners should have been stronger as it seems others have the same probelm. Parts ordered on Friday, deivered on Wednesday.

the edge of the plastic runner on the crisper broke off
There really wasn't a "Repair". We unboxed the new crisper pan took the Front from the broken crisper pan and snap it into place. It took a couple of minutes at most. Also it took only 2 days to receive my order and the packaging was a result of someone thinking "outside the box". My husband drilled holes in the bottom of the broken crisper and has bulbs growing in it the greenhouse. Definitely our kind of repair.
