I ordered a replacement cap for the left door handle but it was chrome plated and mine is a brushed finish as is my refrigerator. I ordered the first one through marcone store here in broken arrow and then ordered two more ceps on line hoping i would get the brushed finish.!mow i have three handle caps shiny as ever and not matching my refrigerator. please help me get the correct cap with the correct finish. thank you.

PS11743480 I bought this cap... ..but it is chrome. My refrigerator is more like brushed nickel (i.e., not so bright... ...kind of mat silver). The part is correct, but it is too shiny compared to rest of the refrigerator, and handle.

Had to remove handles from refrigerator to move it. The plastic end caps didn't survive being popped out of the screw holes.
I looked up the parts I needed in the exploded view for my refrigerator. Placed the order and received them on the third day. Popped them in in about 5 minutes and my refrigerator looked like new!

Plastic ladder hook holding up bottom shelf broke. Also refrigerator handle was loose.
Had to remove vegetable storage bins and all items on the bottom shelf as well as bottom shelf. Rest was easy.
Had to pry off metal cap on handle to get to screw to tighten handle. Replacement cap just snapped in easily.

P.S. since shipping was so high for these inexpensive parts I ordered three of each just in case!!!

The photo and description of this replacement end cap for the door handle say that it has a dull finish, which is exactly what I wanted to replace the broken one on my refrigerator. However when the part arrived it had a shiny chrome finish. Customer Service helped me to order a replacement part, thinking that there had been an error, but the replacement was shiny as well. So this part doesn't match the other end caps on the refrigerator. However it does fit perfectly and does its job, and the mismatch isn't glaringly noticeable.
