great service
Worked perfect. A bit pricy for such a smal plastic piece. But solved my problem.

The correct part solves the problem every time.
The part I received was the correct replacement part I need to fix our dishwasher. It was easy to install and everything is working as it is supposed to. This is a very very small part, about the size of a fingernail. The cost with shipping is about $23. Seem expensive, however, there is no other part that would do the job. So I guess as a specaility part, it was worth the price.

Replacing broken snap
Apparently this is a common problem where this small plastic snap breaks. I ordered it, despite its outrageously expensive price ($22 plus $8 regular shipping), and easily installed it with just my fingers (no tools needed). Now the upper most spinning spray arm works fine.
Why is it so insanely expensive? A small hardware part that is so common should not cost more than 50 cents. I probably could have hand fabricated a new part out of aluminum for less.

The right part but at a price
I really appreciate have a resource available where I could easily get the part I needed .
However , I must say that a total of near $30 including shipping is quite a lot for a piece of plastic this size .
Thanks for the speedy delivery.

Worked as expected ... but.
$22 for this small plastic piece literally about the size of a thumb tack seems a bit steep.

The old retainer clip had worn down and was not holding the spray arm in place anymore.
I removed the old retainer clip, replaced it with the new one, and pushed the spray arm onto the new retainer clip. That's it!
The new part actualy was better than the original. Instead of needing the retainer the new adjuster came with screws which work and install much nicer than OEM.
popped cover off broken adjuster and replaced it with new cover and supplied screws. Old holder also broke and that just popped into place. Dishes on top rack now are clean!

Upper spray arm keeps falling off
For model number WDF540PADM1
Hi Jim,
Thank you for your question. You would either need to replace your upper spray are or your push in retainer clip. Usually you can tell if there is wear and tear on the parts that is causing the arm to fall. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Bottom spray arm doesnt spin because there doesnt seem to be enough water pressure. All the spray arm holes are clean and open. But the top spray arm spins and cleans the dishes on the top rack
Thanks for helping me
For model number kdte334gps0
Hi Rick, thank you for your question. You may want to check your circulation pump and check your water in let valve to make sure it is bringing in enough water as well. The valve can be tested with a multi meter and should be reading between 500 - 1500 ohms of resistance. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Push in retainer clip. Where is this part located?
For model number KDTE104ESS1
Hello Thomas, thank you for your question. They are located on the bottom of the Adjuster Housing Cover (part number PS11751101) on the Upper Rack. I hope this answers your question!
