My washer won't disperse the fabric softener. It will do the soap and the bleach. Is the cold water inlet the problem. Or what else should i check.
For model number MAH9700AWW
Hello Marie, thank you for contacting us. There can be three reasons why fabric softener does not drain. Make sure the washer is leveled. If the washer is not even, residual of fabric softener can be collected in your washer and clog the dispenser. Make sure the dispenser is not clogged. Remove the dispenser and then remove the blue siphoning cap. Rinse the dispenser thoroughly in warm water and then reinstall the cap and dispenser. Check the inlet hose screens for a blockage. If your washer is not getting enough water pressure, the fabric softener will not drain. Hope this helps!

The washer has error code nf would replacing the inlet valve fix this?
For model number MAH8700AWW
Hi Steve, Thank you for the question. NF means "no flow". Check for proper water pressure from the house. If water pressure is good, check the water valve inlet screens for debris. Check the fill hoses for blockages as well. If everything is clear the valve will need to be replaced. Hope this helps!

Both the pre-wash and bleach water valves vibrate when operated. The cold water and hot water valves don't. Will replacing the 3 way water valve fix this?
For model number MAH8700AWW
Hello Ron, Thank you for the question. Sounds like the valve PartSelect Number PS11741549 is not opening properly and they should be replaced. Hope this helps!
