2 screws
I thought this was very expensive for two $.10 screws that I receivced. If I had paid $1.00 each I would understand; but your pricing seemed excessive. These were simple sheet metal screws The shipping for a direct line from your ware house to me appeared long.. The distance is 400-450 miles on a major direct federal highway {I-5} and it took over 7 days ground?? The packaging did not weigh any thing.

Wrong part sent
Need disclaimer, this was a great site to work with, as my follow up phone call was informed that the Allen screws were part of actual door handle. BUT the part was no longer available. I would gladly recommend this company.

Freezer handle came loose on one side
Discovered that the seating in the handle was stripped on one side so removed the old handle (toughest part of the repair). Based on a previously asked/answered question, the PartSelect website provided an accurate list of the required parts (and corresponding part numbers) so I had everything I needed. Installing the new handle was very straightforward and quick.
