Was an easy install, part fit perfectly

Didn’t fit the machine correctly I had to modify i the part by drilling it out to fit my machine

It was such an easy repair! The video convinced me to try the repair on my own! So glad I did!

Part is good quality and as described only thing is it doesn’t come with the rear hanger

No brainer to find on the website, reasonably priced, quick delivery, and with the "oh-so-helpful" video, a breeze to install. My greatest sin was NOT watching how I got the retainer clips off the slides so that it took multiple re-runs of the video (lots of stop action!) to finally figure out what I was doing wrong and correcting my mistake. That took longer than installing the 20-year old "middle wash tube" with a more modern, rational version or the part.. Not sure I could do much else but I'll give it a shot with support like this! Part came fast and it’s back in working order

Packaged well. Watched video, read reviews which were raving about how quickly the repair went. If I had not removed the stoppers, I too may have said that. Difficult to remove and near impossible to replace. My model is a 2000 Kitchen Aid and don't know if that made a difference. Also, other reviews quoted $18-20 for the part, while I paid double. All that said, website was a dream to navigate and order from and video was much appreciated. Will do business with you again.

Prompt shipping and easy to install and works fine. Only problem is item is way over priced. My total cost was $42.00, should be about $18.00.

Part was shipped quickly. It was packaged well. I was able to replace the part. I appreciated being able to easily identify the right part to order, and the right part was shipped.
