Strip came without part and adhesive needed to apply it. Very expensive and had to use a part from old strip and purchase double backed tape

The parts came quickly and in good shape, repair was a snap just like new.

Hey! The first part arrived late and damaged! The next problem nobody told me about the other parts that I needed ‘ then I had to re-order for the 3rd time and I still don’t have all of my order! Plus I paid extra shipping for merchandise that I still don’t have! All I wanted to do was repair my old dishwasher to keep from buying a new one because my son had a heart ?? transplant and it was more economical for me to replace the parts than the whole dishwasher and I still got thrown under the Bus !
