Super simple install
Never again will I ever call a repair man. This is my first time I repaired my 16 year old dryer myself. The post came in perfect condition and it was super simple to install thanks to the great instructional video on how to install the drive motor.

MOTOR REPLACEMENT
I purchased the following part PS11741125 . Unfortunately, an other motor with out the threaded shaft was delivered. After calling your service number I was able to get the correct part delivered. During the phone call the attendant informed me that UPS would email me a label to return the wrong part. I didn't receive the mail with the label after three weeks. I contacted your service number again and immediately received the label.

Genuine replacement part!
The replacement motor is exactly a match for the original part. I installed it with no problem. I takes longer to disassemble the dryer to gain access than actually replacing the motor! But, all is well.

Motor would not turn, burning smell
Replaced the motor with a new one from partselect per the YouTube video. Had a problem with delivery of the motor. I paid for next day delivery. FedEx picked it up and it made it to the first stop, Indianapolis ok and then stopped. After a week went by I ordered a second one. That one came as promised + 1 day so I’m satisfied. The telepho

I need the pulley that goes on the dryer drum motor shaft. The motor is good but the pulley where the belt goes on is stripped. I don't want to buy the complete motor..that pulley unscrews off the motor. help!
For model number MLG19DDWW
Hi Richard,
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately that pulley is not sold without the motor. You would have to replace your motor to replace that pulley. Good luck with your repair.

My dryer stopped functioning, and made noise as if the belt had broken, and the motor was spinning freely. Took it apart found the belt was stretched and worn badly. Also a drum roller was no longer spinning. Replaced the belt and both rollers. Same noise , no drum turning. Discovered the belt pulley on the end of the motor shaft was turning independent of the shaft. I can screw it off the shaft and back on, but it does not tighten on the motor shaft. Am i missing a nut at the end of the motor shaft to lock it down? Or is this a symptom of motor failure/stripped shaft threads? Thanks in advance, gary
For model number MDE5500AYW
Hello Gary, Thank you for your inquiry. The belt pulley is supposed to screw onto the end of the shaft, so if it is not tightening, the pulley may have stripped threads. You would have to replace the drive motor in order to get a new pulley. Hope this helps!

My motor does not have a threaded shaft. It has a clip on the shaft. What is the model number of the motor i need?
For model number MDG8600AWW
Hello Peter, the drive motor part number WP33002795 appears to be a match to model number MDG8600AWW. It is possible that the manufacturer has made changes to the part that requires an additional part to be replaced, or some sort of alteration made to install. In this circumstance we do recommend contacting the manufacturer directly for assistance.

Does part # ps11741125 provide the pulley also?
For model number NDE6800AYW
Hi Jackie,
Thank you for your question. This part does come with the Motor Pulley, however it does not come with your Idler Pulley. I hope that clears things up for you!
