I'm having an issue with the 3 ring burner can't control temp most of the time it stays on high is the issue with the burner it self or is it the switch number 7. Don't want to just change parts i don't need. Would appreciate any input you have.
For model number KECCI66RSS01
Hello Paul, thank you for your question. I would recommend changing the infinite switch. If the burner is not regulating temperature, the most likely issue is the switch itself. I hope this helps!

Bottom left (the one with 3 rings) element on KitchenAid kecc566rbl05 cooktop turns on in high heat even when the switch is set on low temp settings. I believe the switch is the problem as it is not able to regulate the temp. Am i correct? What is the part number for this switch? Thanks.

The burners all seem to turn on, but the control panel lights don't turn on at all. This includes the "surface hot" indicator light - it doesn't turn on either. Can you direct me to the proper replacement part?
For model number RCC3024LB0
Hello Eryn, Thank you for the question. The switches that control the elements also control the indicator lights. If they have all stopped working at the same time, we suggest checking the wiring. We hope this helps!
