2 out of 3 parts you recommended were great!
Parts arrived quickly and in great shape. Repair work done by professional was fast and works well. However your customer service said we needed a spring that our repairman says was not needed. It was shipped in a small brown envelope inside the mfr's plastic envelope. Since he couldn't see what was inside, our plumber tore the packaging open to investigate. He determined that the spring was not needed. So, according to your return policy (torn package) I'm now stuck with a $16 useless spring. Other than that, I'm very happy with your service and prompt shipment.

Sent the wrong part.
I was in a hurry. One of my customers just switched to natral gas and needed the natral gas orifice asap. I ordered it and when I received it everything looked ok. Well when I converted the dryer I removed the old LP orifice I compared it to the new one.. well it was the same one! They sent the LP orifice instead of natral and it clearly states I ordered the natral gas orifice. I contacted them and they send me an RMA but in the mean time I had to make my own natral gas orifice and wait for a refund the customer was not very impressed exspcially because of the price of this thing! Very exspensive

Needed to convert from LPG to Natural Gas
Two parts were needed in order to convert the dry back to Natural Gas. Part Select is usually good, but dropped the ball completely on this one. I received the correct Orifice, but was not asked or told about the need for the part for the regulator so the gas pressure would be changed back to Natural Gas. I found one at a local supplier a
... Read morend finished the switch. I chose to change the belt while in there because the dryer sounded like the belt had a chunk missing with the rhythmic thump. After installing the new, I found that one of the tumble paddles had a penny flopping inside it. One thump per revolution. This is the first in my career that the technician had not left the original orifice and regulator cap attached to the dryer.
