If your refrigerator is not dispensing ice, you will need to check the water inlet valve, the tubing for the water, the ice maker and the switch in the dispenser to see which part is causing the issue. Hi Jose, Thank you for your question. If you no longer hear the auger motor, remove the ice bucket assembly and see if there is an ice buildup that would prevent the auger from dispensing the ice. If there is, you will need to melt the ice and see if this resolves the issue. If it does not, you will likely need to replace the auger motor. If you suspect that the ice door is the issue, you will need to inspect for any signs or wear or damage. You may also test it with a multimeter to see if it has continuity. If the dispenser is not dispensing ice, another part to check would be the dispenser electronic control board. Inspect it for signs of damage, wear, scorching and burn marks. If it shows any of these signs, you will need to replace it. We provide all of our parts with a one year warranty.
