The plastic part that the ice come off of and dumps into the storage is broken on one end. Can i buy just that piece or do i have to buy the whole ice maker?

Hello Tony, Thank you for your inquiry. That would be the ejector arm, part# WP627843, which rotates to allow the cubes to fall out or the maker and into the ice bucket. Hope this helps!

I need the proper idi motor, it locked up and the ice in the bin would freezer and would not dispense, i ordered idi motor they said would work , ser no is sy4121452, the part that i got was a Whirlpool no 2315544, my fridge is a Kenmore cold spot . Can you help?

Hello Bill, thank you for contacting us. Sounds like you need the auger motor, that spins the auger and pushes the ice out when you dispense. The part number for that motor would be PS11723176. Hope this helps!
