Freezer door drops down when you close it. Which makes it stay open just a hair. Seems to be coming from bottom hinge. What’s parts to fix?

Hello Chris, thank you for your question. We would recommend checking the center hinge, the insert, hinge washer, thimble, hinge bracket, and and the upper door hinge to see which item, or items need to be replaced. The hinges may need to be tightened or the inserts may have been disintegrated and need to be replaced. I hope this helps.
The fridge has water leaking from the unused hinge hole on the bottom of the door. I have a make-shift plastic plug in there but cannot for the life of me figure out why any liquid would be coming from the door. There is no water in the fridge itself...just coming from the hole in the bottom of the door. came to this site looking for the actual plug for that hole. thanks.

Hi Charlene, thank you for your question. There really should not be any water coming from there. You might want to check that your door is securely screwed together and that you are not getting any condensation within your fridge that might be building up within your door and leaking out. If you spilled anything that might have gotten between your door that may be why there is dripping as well. I hope that helps. Good luck with you repair.

The top inside of the refrigerator leaks. What will fix it?

Hello Eunice, Thank you for the question. We suggest checking the Drain Tube that leads to the Trough for a blockage or clog preventing the defrost water from draining into the trough. We hope this helps!

bottom hinge on refrigm door squeaked
removed all items stored on door,removed screws holding bottom hinge to frame, placed door on floor while cleaning bottom of door, placed washer on hinge, reinstalled door on fridge, placed hinge on frame and secured with screws.
