The part was exactly what I needed and fit perfectly. Arrived when promised and installed in a minute.

The first part shipped was black and I have a white refrigerator. I specifically ordered white. It was the correct part, just the wrong color. I called the company and the representative was very nice and immediately shipped out a white one, however, I am still waiting for a refund to my credit card for the wrong part. It has been 15 days. In order to ship the correct part, she had to re-charge my credit card for the white part and issue me a credit for the black part. I called again and I am supposed to get a credit for the wrong part in 3-5 days. Waiting patiently for the credit to be processed.
