    I need a control knob for this washer. There are two numbers on the back of the knob; 626127, and kip5c79. Can you help me with this part? It looks like the knob with a part number ps11739484

        Broken knob
        I just needed to replace a knob because the original, (plastic) broke. What was great was how soon I received my order, just a matter of a couple of days. I wish I had ordered several as both my washer and dryer have the same ones (five in total) and now another one as broken! I think I will order three or four move.

        The control knob was broken
        Removed it from the package and placed it on the washer.

        The pressure switch was "jammed" and so difficult to turn that the Control Knob stem finally broke.
        Removed old switch, slipped in new one then replaced Control Knob. Works great! Guessed at washer's age since it was in condo when we moved in a year ago.

        Small Knobs fell off due to long term use.
        First I turned on some soft music. I dimmed the lights to set the proper mood. I tenderly removed the remnants of the old knobs. When the moment was right, I reached for the new knobs and tore open the plastic packaging with my teeth. I then slowly placed the new knobs on the exposed shafts and turned them gently. The machine roared to life with newfound vigor and enthusiasm. I was proud of my accomplishment because after all who couldn’t use a nice set of new knobs.

            The replacement knob arrived in perfect condition, is an exact replica of the broken knob, fits exactly on the machine, and arrived in a timely fashion. I was somewhat shocked by how expensive a small, simple, plastic knob could be, however. The ordering format on line was somewhat confusing. I could not tell exactly when, or if, I had actually placed the order. Consequently, I have two replacement knobs.
