No Cold Water On Any Setting
1. ) Pulled washer away from wall 2. ) Disconnected power and removed supply hoses from valve 3. ) Removed valve mounting bracket from washer. With 8mm socket 4. ) Disconnected wiring harnesses from valve and removed valve from bracket with phillips screwdriver. 5. ) Installed new valve and completed repair in reverse order.

water dripping after shut off
Opened top of washer, used nut driver to remove part. Disconnected part and replaced with new part. Reassembled parts, turned on water, and everything was fine. The directions sent were of great help.

The previous valve had a slight leak after shutting down.
The key is knowing what to open to get to the valve. The top of the washing machine lifts up once you push back the spring clips in the front. After that, it was easy to remove the old valve and replace it with the new one. The instruction sheet provided also helped.
