Need the plastic guide/holder for the water dispenser line - attaches to water dispenser lever with a screw. Also need the plastic tip that presses into the water line to guide water being dispensed (e.G., into a water bottle, etc.).

How can I remove the front cover of the ice machine (outside door)? The cover is black plastic. The problem is that water will not shut off after you release the water glass container.

Hello Ronald,
Thanks for your question. Unplug the fridge. Pull out the drip tray and insert a putty knife behind the bottom of the dispenser facade and push the facade down while using the knife to pull the facade outwards. Note the wiring and disconnect them from the switch. Remove the screws securing the light and switch housing, depress the tabs, and use tape to hold it out of the way. Depress the tabs on the top of the ice guide and remove it. Detach and remove the delay mechanism. Release the ice chute door hinge pin to remove the chute.
Your issue likely arises from a faulty water inlet valve. Consider testing it with a multi-meter for continuity and then replace it if it shows no continuity.

Hello Matthew, thank you for your question. Usually the dispenser arm and the water tube fitting Part #: PS886371 should be replaced in this instance. If the water continues to leak the water valve may be sticking open and should be replaced. I hope this helps.
