The part-select video showed me to do the following:

Unplug dish washer

Open the door and unscrew the screws around the inside of the door all around.

Place the screws in the detergent holder with a cap until finished.

The door mechanism is at the top and attached to two electrical wires.

Unfasten the wires from the attachment.

Take the new attachment and fasten the wires to it.

Place the attachment back in the spot and make sure handle is sticking thru the hole to the outside.

Reattach the screws.

Plug back chord.

Finished - 15 minutes

Open your door as far as it will go. Line it up with the plastic holder should just slide into place.

Took the glass shelf out of the fridge in our rental home to clean and it just shattered in our hands. Did a search online and found part select, phoned to make sure I was looking at the correct part, the lady on the phone was very helpful. I ordered the shelf using the next day service as we were returning home to the UK within 3 days so did not want to take the chance of not receiving it before we left. While cleaning the refrigerator I had taken the bottom glass shelf out to clean it in my sink and unfortunately it broke into thousands of little pieces. After clean up the mess and my cut thumb, I went online to see about replacing it. First went to Whirlpool site, they had the broken shelf but for considerably more than I found on your site. Your website was easy to use and the part and the shipping was much more reasonable. I ordered on a Sat afternoon and the shelf, which was exactly the same as the one that had broken, was on my front porch by Tues @ 9:00 am. You never know when you make a purchase online with a company you are not familiar with, but I can say this was a great experience.

The repair was easy.

Took out glass shelf to clean. Shelf exploded into a billion little pieces for no apparent reason. Received replacement shelf the next day (with the 3 - 5 day shipping). Cleaned glass, placed in ice box. Viola!

The description on the site for the refrigerator was accurate and was very easy for me to order the correct parts that I needed to replace.

The service was also great as I had the parts sooner than I expected. Even with the shipping, the cost was far less than I was quoted by our local parts store.
