My 3 door B/M fridge has a jackhammer or chuttering noise when dispensing water from the interior water port. I’ve drained the water line, changed the filter a couple of times but no relief. Sounds like it’s coming from the top left side of the interior fridge. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank You.

when I remove the water filter to replace it, water shoots out of the housing. Also, the water dispenser is not dispensing water. The ice maker doesn’t work either, but it hasn’t for some time so I don’t know if these issues are related. Any thoughts on troubleshooting. The manual is useless for this issue
