Dehumidifier runs but does not produce any water. Water tank indicator is red. Filter is clean. Room humidity is 71. Room temperature is 75 F. Unit is one year old.
For model number WDH70EAPW
Hi Vimal,
Thank you for your question. If the dehumidifier is no longer pulling water from the air, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the capacitor, the overload, the fan motor and the electronic control board. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Unit runs fine- but eventually freezes up-does capacitor control defrost???
For model number AD70USS0
Hi Jim,
Thank you for your question. Usually when your dehumidifier is freezing up it is an air flow problem. I would suggest checking your motor, your blower wheel, and just making sure your filter is cleared up. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Unit runs but does not dehumidify. The dehumidifier part does not turn on, merely the fan. Can this be fixed. The unit is in good condition new on 8-20-07
For model number AD25DSS1
Hello Sal, thank you for inquiring. For this symptom you will want to consider either the Bucket Water Level Switch part PS992307 or the Humidistat Control part PS11738359. We hope this helps.
