I asked earlier about the drain tube. You said to look at bottom after removing the shelves, but on the freezer side where the water is settling and freezing, there is no drain fitting. There is a louvered section that seems to ice up.Is the drain on the refrigerator side? that looks like the water lines that come in.

Hello Rita, Thank you for your inquiry. The manufacturer is showing the drain tube grommet to be at the back of the refrigerator between the middle and the freezer side. We have included a link to our repair video that shows where the drain lines are on the back of a similar refrigerator to give you a general idea. Hope this helps.

Bottom inside of freezer has water/ice. I can't find where the defrost is supposed to drain out. No diagram came with my papers. I've read that the drain can clog up and cause this, but I don't know where the drain is.

Hello Rita, Thank you for the question. Once the Shelves are removed, look at the back left corner on the bottom and there should be a drain Fitting that can be removed and cleaned. We hope this helps!
