Does the ice bucket called removable ice bin? Also include the handle that should be at the top of the bin?

I ordered a removable ice bin but it did not come with a handle. Am I able to order one along with a new metal part that's at the bottom of the ice bin where the ice comes. Thank you

Need to replace the removable ice bin. The side of the freezer has a number W10771736A. Is that the same as this bin?
