Our dryer has no power. I've tested the power coming in and it's getting power. When plugged in nothing works. After taking apart, only thing i can find is the thermostat is testing correct. It has no continuity. Would it cause this problem or should i look for something else?

My dryer powers on but when i go to hit the start button it makes noises like its about to start then doesnt. Is the most likely culprit the thermometer part 505 or 506?
