I may not have closed drawer with laundry detergent. an end piece broke off.

Hi, I found the replacement drawer/dispenser part for the Whirlpool washer on your site. The item pictured only shows the grey cap (?) on the detergent component but not the other dispenser spaces. Does it come with those pieces?

Detergent dispenser does not empty water at end of washing cycle.

Laundry detergent dispenses fine with no issues—but fabric softener will not dispense at all.
