Hello! My compressor vibrates and it’s loud. I am wondering if replacing the grommets underneath it would help to absorb some of the noise? The existing ones do look like they’re in good shape, so I’m not sure this would have any effect?

My freezer drawer constantly ices up and needs to be de-iced once a month. Someone told me to replace the grommet which allows water to flow into the evaporator tray. Is this correct?

Hello Roy, thank you for writing. Our research does not show to replacing grommets. We do see that if the the Drain Tube PS12711022 is clogged and cannot properly drain into the drain pan PS11766738 that is under the unit, it will drip and freeze under the bottom freezer drawer. Hello Fred, thank you for your question. The part you are referring to is either the O-Ring Seal part PS11747930 or the Drain Tube Gasket part PS11747821 for your model. Both go onto the end of the Drain Tube. We hope this helps.

We have the water dispenser on the front. It looks like there should be a tray to catch the spilled water but nothing but two holes and two screws are there. Can you tell me the part number for this? Thank you.
