For model number WMH 32517AW2
Hello John, thank you for inquiring. For this symptom you will want to replace either the 3 Terminal Door Switch part PS10057151, the Diode part PS3654932, or the Magnetron part PS11703077. We hope this helps.

I have kitchen aid microwave with the model number above. Everything seems to run fin except it doesn't heat. Fuse seems good and i replaced the 3 position door switch. Inside the microwave on the ceiling of it there's a plastic peace that seems to have a hole melted threw. Is this the next part i need to install.
For model number KMHS120ESS-3
Hello Eric, thank you for inquiring. Beside the Fuse and Door Switch, you may want to consider either the Capacitor part PS11731152 or the Diode part PS12584264 for your model. The part you are referring to that appears to be melted sounds like the Air Diverter part PS8759519 on your model. It is not indicated that this part would cause the microwave to not heat. We hope this helps.

No display, lights, or heat. Replaced fuse and everything appears to work until I press "start", and fuse blows again. Could this part be the cause? Thanks!
For model number WMH1163XVQ1
Hello Gary, Thank you for the question. This could be caused by a defective Capacitor but, I also suggest testing the door switches PartSelect Number: PS10057151, PS2361111 and PS2361113. If defective they can cause a short and blow the fuse or flip a breaker. When working with a microwave please be sure to discharge the Capacitor as they can hold a dangerous charge even when the appliance has been unplugged for several hours. Hope this helps!
Serial number tr73131106. Everything works (or sounds like it works) except it doesn't heat at all. Ideas?
For model number UMV1160CW3
Hello Kevin, Thank you for the question. There are a few parts you will need to test. If you are not familiar with microwave repair I suggest a repairman. The appliance can hold a dangerous charge even when Unplugged. The Capacitor will need to be discharged. You will need to test with a multi meter the Diode, PartSelect Number PS3654932, Capacitor, PartSelect Number PS11731152 and the Magnetron, PartSelect Number PS11757171. These parts create the heat. Hope this helps!
Hi, I purchase this microwave oven brand new fan works but no heat
For model number WMH32519HZ
Hello John, Thank you for the question. No heat normally means an issue with the Thermostat PartSelect Number PS11764993, Magnetron PartSelect Number PS11757171 or the Diode, PartSelect Number: PS12584264. I suggest testing the parts for continuity to determine what part needs to be ordered for replacement. Hope this helps!
