The coupling (the piece that actually attaches to the faucet) is shot. The water started to build up, flow out, and down the hose all over the floor. Until finally, the water pressure actually just pops it off and it won't attach. Do i need to order the entire piece (hose and all) or can i just order the spring loaded piece and attach it to the hose i currently have?
For model number WDP350PAAW4
Hi Dave, Thank you for your question. You would have to get the whole piece unfortunately. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Is this easy to install? Do you have employees that can do this for us, remove and replace with this new part? If it is not the correct part, can it be exchanged? Thank you
Hello Marie-Claude, Thank you for the question. Most customer have done the repair on their own and said it as easy to do. We do not have repair men sorry as we are a website based company that sell and ships parts only. If you are able to provide the model number to the unit, we will be happy to verify the correct part number. Please see the link below for the return policy. Hope this helps!

The repair was a pain.
The part was in great shape when it finally arrived it was a week late. The hose won't stay attached. Not at all happy with this experience.

Parts worked great but, on my model it was difficult to install.
Hoses worked great. Would have been nice to get just the parts needed instead of the complete assembly, but the only difficult part was to getting to the clamps that limit how far the hoses can be extracted for use.

Easy Repair
I just needed 4 tiny parts that had worn out on my old portable dishwasher, These were little white plastic clips that moved in and out in the connector to my faucet. They're about the size of a clipped fingernail, but they keep the hose attached to the faucet. I bet the 4 of them cost less than a penny to make. Instead of being able to buy just those 4 tiny pieces of plastic, I was forced to buy a whole new hose assembly. When I received the hose assembly, I removed the 4 tiny pieces of plastic from the new hose assembly, and placed them into the old one. The dishwasher has worked perfectly since then. I'm just upset that I had to spend almost $90 to buy a whole new hose. To me, it's like I needed a new stem for an auto tire with very little tread wear, but I was forced to buy a whole new tire. But I guess if I ever need a new hose, I've got one.
