Does the lower baking element get replaced from the front of the oven. If so what is the easiest way to remove oven door. What should the resistance of a good element be.
For model number PT7050SF5SS
Hi Brent, thank you for your question. Yes you would have to replace this part through the front of your appliance. The element should be reading between 0 - 50 ohms to be working correctly. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Lower oven is over heating
For model number PT7800SH4SS
Hi Mark, thank you for your question. There are a few parts that could cause this issue in your appliance. First I would say test your elements with a multi meter to see if they are working correctly or not. They should be reading between 0 - 50 ohms to be working correctly. The other part you should check would be your oven temperature sensor. That can also be tested with a multi meter and should be reading between 1000 - 1100 ohms. If those three parts are fine however, then the issue may be in your control board. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Oven stopped heating up. Stove works fine. All lights come on just no heat. It’s 2 years old
For model number JT3000SF6SS
Hello Mike, thank you for writing. If both the Bake Element PS11729137 and Broil Element PS8755296 are not working, then we recommend replacing the Oven Control PS12295368. Good luck and have a great day.
I need a bottom pan for the inside of our oven (JTD3000SN1SS) as we scratched it pretty bad trying to clean it.
For model number JTD3000SN1SS
Hi Trevor, thank you for reaching out. We have researched your model and found out that the part you are looking for is part number PS16742667. We hope this information helps!
Our lower over is taking a very, very long time to preheat and will not reach higher temps at all. Is the WB44X21667 the correct part and how do I replace it? Does it get replaced via the front or do I have to remove the oven from the wall and replace it via the back? Thanks!
For model number pt9800sh8ss
Hello Tim, thank you for reaching out. We have researched the model and would suggest checking the temperature sensor, part number PS8754411, for continuity using a multimeter. If it is faulty, we would recommend replacing it. To replace the sensor, generally, we have to remove the connection of the sensor by removing the back panel. Once the clips are detached, the sensor can be removed from the front side inside the oven cavity. So, you may need to remove the oven from the wall and remove the back panel to perform this replacement. We hope this helps!
