One burner does not spark but the other three do. Is this the part to replace?
For model number RGAS300DM1WW
Hi Joe, thank you for reaching out. First, you may need to make sure that the burner base is not misaligned or corroded. If that is not causing the issue, then you may need to check the ignition module, part number PS11729093, as it is most likely faulty and may need to be replaced. We hope this is helpful!

Hello,
One out of four burners on this gas stove does not ignite, or click, when we turn the burner knob in an attempt to light it. The other four light just fine. Is the ignition module bad?
For model number JGB630REF4SS
Hello Joseph, thanks for reaching out to us! It could be that your ignition module is faulty and not igniting one of your burners, if you do not hear the clicking sound. We also recommend checking the wiring harness to the ignition module as well. If those parts are in working order, we recommend inspecting the gas tubes for obstructions, and cleaning or replacing if necessary. If you would like assistance placing an order, please contact Customer Service. Good luck with your repair!
Hello I have a hot point stove range that is only two years old but has never ignited on its own and the oven does not ignite. Had to turn on burners with a lighter and never used the oven.
For model number RGAS200DM1WW
Hello Scott, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the main harness, part number PS12722439, to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
