When i did the diagnostic test everything works! Error code 22 appears and fridge isn’t cooling. One of your videos suggest its the control board. Before i purchase a control board how do i determine that’s the problem?

Hello Jim, thank you for your question. An error code 22 indicates a problem related to the compressor relay. We would recommend testing the relay PartSelect Number PS8751179. I hope this helps.

Will this part stop the freezer from cooling?
For model number LFXS30766S /03
Hi George,
Thank you for your question. The electronic control board is one part that may prevent the freezer from cooling. You will also need to check the defrost sensor assembly and the PCB display assembly. We have included a link that you may reference on how to check these parts. Once you have determined the part you need, please feel free to call customer service. We are open 7 days a week and anyone will be happy to assist you. We look forward to hearing from you!

Hello Rick, thank you for getting in touch. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest checking the evaporator fan motor, part number PS12725090, to solve the problem. We hope that helps!
My ice dispenser will not dispense ice. I replaced the ice tray assembly but no success. When I took the old unit out it had ice in it . I checked the water solenoids. The water dispenser delivers water. I swapped the input voltage connector from the water dispenser to the ice water solenoid and it worked filling the ice tray. I pushed the reset switch on the dispenser and waited. The ice cubes formed but still the dispense didn’t work. It appears the power source to the ice water solenoid is missing and the source voltage may control the valve and dispenser. I can’t find a circuit diagram so I can only suspect the Main PCB without tracing wires without a diagram. Is this PCB the only other component in the dispenser operation outside all the components in the door ; all appear good - just no signal/ voltage to turn on the dispenser unit to deliver the ice.

Hi Tony, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description you have provided, before replacing the main PCB, we would suggest checking the display PCB assembly, part number PS11710936. It contains the display control board, switches and houses the touchpad for the display. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
Fans inside freezer and refrigerator not coming on. Replaced the entire grille assy. in freezer which contain both fans and sensor. Still not working. But in test mode, both fans work. Could this be a circuit board issue?
Thank you,
Al
