Part no 41, a left side grommet to hold a shelf in the cabinet. What is the difference with the "right side grommet"? Are they interchangeable? And how do these grommets support a shelf? Should there also be little bars inserted into the grommet to support the shelf?

Good Day Vera. Thank you for your question in regards to your unit (Model Number FRT8B5EW4). Based on our research, The Grommet - Left Side (PartSelect Number PS11728257) is interchangeable with the right side. You should be able to fit the shelf ends into the grommet to support the shelf inside the freezer. Hope this helps. Best Regards.

I'm need the flat shelf that goes into the holes in the freezer not the one that stands and a door shelf that snaps in in bottom.
