I have a Model# KCGS550ESS01 cooktop. I want to remove the cooktop stainless steel frame W10722084. The four side burners have screws to be removed for disassembly. The center burner has no screws. How do you remove the center burner to allow the cooktop frame to come off the cooktop to allow for cleaning and maintenance?
For model number W10808715
Hi John, thank you for the question. First, you will need to remove the middle burner cap and then lift the burner head from the cooktop. You also need to remove the knobs from the cooktop to lift the cooktop frame. We hope this solves your problem!
