My water dispenser will not stop the water from running. Do you think it is a bad water clamp

Hello Gina, Thank you for the question. The clamp just mounts the tube in place. You may have a water inlet valve issue where it is not closing to stop the water flow to the dispenser, PartSelect Number: PS11743697. You can test the valves with a multi meter and check for continuity. Hope this helps!
