The parts package was everything I needed. The service person was very helpful when I called and helped me locate what I needed. The price was fair and shipping was on time.

I paid for 3-7 day shipping. After 12 days I called and spoke to your rep who said it was a special order part and it had not arrived yet. He told me I should have known it was a special order item because of the colored dots next to the name of the item. That is really bad policy to expect a new user of your site to know what your colored dots mean. I suggest having a pop up come up upon ordering that says this item is a special order item and may take three weeks to receive and make the user click an accept or ok button. I told him I will wait while he checked on when it would arrive. He came back on the phone and said oh it arrived here 3 days ago. I said ok, so ship it out. He said he would check to see if it could be shipped that day and if not would email me. He never emailed me and it shipped two days later. When it arrived it had a packing slip to another woman in Boynton Beach FL so it was obviously a return. I rehab apartment buildings and this was my first time using you. Don’t think I’ll be doing it again.
