Unbalanced drum during spin cycle
1. Unplug washer 2. Remove 3 plates off of the control box that attaches to the body of the washer 3. Using a 2 inch putty knife locate spring clips and push in to release 4. Lift top and secure 5. Lift up suspension rod and pop off the ball socket it sits in, then reach down and locate the clip of the suspension rod and push the tabs in. It should just fall out. 6 make sure you clean the top well before reinstalling the new rod. 7. To install new suspension rod secure the top of the rod first then lift the drum and click in the bottom of the suspension rod. I recommend once you do the first rod then go to the back right corner and install that rod next. You will notice that their will be power and water lines on a clip that attaches to the rod. Disconnect from the rod and replace the rod. If you do this rod last the drum will have a lot of tension from the new springs and it will be difficult to install.
