This kit includes one driver hub and two driven basket hubs. The basket hub is located under the agitator. If your washer is not agitating or spinning properly, the hubs will need to be replaced.

Question:

Machine is very noisy spinning out thru cycle. Will this hub kit cure that? Is it hard to install?

Question:

Noisy when in wash cycle and will spin off balance every time and stop. Will hub kit fix what is wrong! Also the plastic shaft spline at bottom looks worn.

My washing machine is making a much louder noise than usual during the spin cycle. It is a top load machine with a very small adjatator on the bottom of the basket.

Sounds like a bearing is going out when drum is spinning what would make that sound i didn't see a bearing on the blue print just wanted to ask befor i pulled it apart.

Question:

Will replacing help with the shaking of the washer tub. It is correctly leveled and if i put a small load it does not do it only with a full load.

Washer would vibrate and bang viciously in the spin cycles

Remove agitator and replace hub. I also recommend replacing the Suspension too. I could tell the hub was bad the piece of metal washer on the bottom was gone. The suspension lost a lot of its stiffing
