Drum would get hung up, belt would slip sometimes and there was a squeaking sound
Pull the front off. The belt was removed from idler pulley which was missing the wheel and pulled drum forward . Removed drum, replaced rear drum support roller kit and idler pulley assembly, put belt on and slid drum back in. Installed front panel, plugged in, works like a new dryer. It was very simple.
Clothes still damp after a dry cycle and a high pitched sound while the drum is tumbling
Installing the cycling thermostat was easy. Where I encountered difficulty was disconnecting the door switch connector so I can remove the front cover. The other area I found difficulty was removing the old tri-rings from the rear drum roller shaft. I ended cutting them up with diagonal pliers.

Noise from dryer
Just view the how to video on this repair on the Partselect website. The steps shown make this an easy repair for any DIY with the maintenance kit. Make sure to vacuum / clean your dryer vent from accumulated lint.
Opened new package took item out and put it on the slot where the old filter was. Easy as pie. My dryer is 46 years old and works just fine.

Part number 339392v. Lint filter. I want to be sure i have the correct size. Can you provide me with the length and width of the filter?
Hi Larry, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately the manufacturer has not provided exact specifications for this part. However we do have the part photographed on a 1 inch grid background. This part is approximately: 19" x 7". However I would suggest you look up the correct part using the model number of your appliance. If you do that then we can guarantee you that any parts you find underneath your model number will be correct. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Lint catcher for this dryer on your web site says it is discontinued.But a picture on your site looks just like it. Mind is about 19" long by 7.5 inches wide.
