Pump to Tub Inlet Drain Hose WH41X22935

Removed front with putty knife to unlock hinge.removed and checked pump removed hose clamps with wrench and nut driver replaced hose reverse procedure

Unplugged...Removed back from washer...Using nut driver-cordless drill...Inspected hose-found leak....Removed hose with pliers & screw driver.....Than dried the hose...& than for temporary fix (for the wife to continue washing) used some Epoxy for rubber.....Than ordered new part. Received and reinstalled replacement. Thank you

Pulled front panel of washing machine, removed hose, installed new hose, and wipped up water.Simple!!!

I replaced the hose between the tub and the pump. The only difficulty came with the accessibility of the problem area. I just pulled off the front panel of the machine and used a screwdriver and pliers to loosen the attachments and put the new hose in place.

First I disconnect the power and then I pull the front cover and replace the water pump, drain hose, and the inlet hose this was fixed and straight easy job.My second problem was the overfill problem witch I took the knobs cover and I replace the water level switch.This job was also easy but did not fix my problem.

Lay the drain pipe lower than the tub to remove any excess water in the tub and lines. Loosened clamp on the tub side with a screwdriver then removed hose from the tub. I used pliers to pinch clamp and remove hose from pump. To install hose put clamps on hose then mount to the pump and the tub then tighten clamps.

First I removed the two clamps that hold the inlet drain hose onto the pump. **There may still be water in the hose** This was pretty easy, but a set of vice grips would have been nice. The space is not too cramped, but required a little bit of wiggling. Putting it on was a little bit harder, just because I did not want to tear the hose on the tub or pump inlet. Make sure both are fully seated or else it could still leak. The drain hose and the clip are pretty self explanatory. I tried to buy a generic drain hose at a big box lumber yard, but I could never make it fit right.

I pulled the front off of the washing machine using a table knife to pop the clips. The drain hose had a hole big enough to put your finger in so we knew that was the problem. One of the clamps holding it on took a screwdriver to loosen the clamp, the other I used a pair of adjustable pliers to squeeze the ends together to loosen it. I pulled off the old part, ordered it, got it the next day and replaced it the same way I took it off. It was simple and the part was less than $10.

turned washer on it side took bottom off removed hose and replaced it with the new one. so very happy i tried it , works great like before. thanks for the easy to find diagram of parts.
