I ordered and received part# wd35x20994 but the axels look different from part 703 on the dishwasher diagram and they don't fit on my dishwasher.
For model number GSD6660G00SS

Hi Irene, Thank you for the question. Checking the model number we do show other customers have been able to install this wheel and axle on the rack without issues. The axle will clip onto the rack with the arm of the axle pointing down and then rotates upward. Hope this helps!

In the upper rack wheel kit, i see that it includes part 703 in the diagram. I need part 700 which is the actual wheel. Is this included or sold separately? I have not been able to find it. I sent this question before and got sent back to the same page i was looking at originally. I would really appreciate some help in finding this piece.

Worn/broken plastic parts were causing misery
Order arrived two days after being placed. Super easy to remove the old, worn, broken plastic parts and replace with new. Everything popped right on just as shown in the diagram. Our happiness with our dishwasher has increased 100%. BTW, thanks to the very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff at PartSelect.com -- next job, replace the ice maker in the freezer!

Top and bottom rack were rusted thru
Bottom rack - slide the old one out, slide the new one in. The rack came came with the wheels, so I didn't use the replacement ones.
Top rack - remove the rail end caps - they will likely break so order new ones. Slide the rack out. Remove the rotating spray arm and then remove all the brackets. I was able to re-use the old brackets and didn't need the replacements. Install the old brackets on the new rack, install the spray arm, and slide the new rack back into the rails. The new top rack also came with wheels installed, so I didn't use the replacement ones. Once the rack is back in the rails, install new rail end caps. Put them in sideways and facing into the washer. Straighten the caps and turn them into place. Be careful with the rail caps - they break easy and are expensive. Make sure they hold the top rack in place, and that's it.

Bent upper rack slide from tripping accident
My wife grabbed the upper rack as she fell backwards across the front of the open dishwasher. It broke her fall - she is fine thank goodness - but the roller slides broke and the rail was destroyed. The dishwasher repair was easy - just had to put new parts in place. The detail parts explosion helps in determining how all physically goes together. Everything works as good as new. I used the pliers to remove one of the old wheel axles that was attached to the basket.

Poor shelf extraction/retraction action!
Simple enough to remove the existing dishwasher shelves . . . then tweak off the old axles and rollers and replace them with the new ones. Trying this yourself? Don't be dismayed at first if the parts you just bought aren't exactly the same configuration as the ones you pulled off! The new configuration axles secure just fine with a little thought and pressure in the right places. Last word: The parts were received in just two DAYS after the order. Now the dishwasher shelves are gliding like the day we installed it!

The rack wheels and axles on the DW had broken, causing the upper rack to come flying out when opened.
Took the rack out. Took off the broken wheels and axles. Popped the new ones on, while replacing the rack. Piece of cake! Saved over $100.

The upper rack would fall off when pulled out
I installed new rollers and rack clips. The old ones had cracked and would not keep the rack in the tracks. I went to buy a new dishwasher which would have cost around $500. I bought $60 worth of parts although I probably could have just bought the clips for $15 and now the dishwasher is good to go! A real money saver.

Internal plastic mechanical parts broke
Dishwasher rollers and other mechanical parts of plastic and rubber dry out and fail. A service call to an apppiiance repair person would have cost more than all the parts to repair the problem. Ordered them online on Sunday night, received them the following Wednesday, probably as fast as I could have had an appointment for a repairman. Changed out the parts in ten minutes and pocketed the change. $30 out of pocket instead of about $100, thanks to partselect.com.

Perfect Replacement
This part is a little different than the stock part, but dont worry it fits just fine. Its actually better because its shorter and the connection point is closer to the pivot.

Easy repair for my dishwasher
Received 4 upper rack wheels. plastic rollers where worn out on 2 of them. Upper rack would fall.
Replacement of all 4 took about 20 minutes. Inexpensive, easy fix.
