Dishwasher dishrack rollers and axles WD35X20994

Removed the stops at the end of the upper rack, removed the old rollers. Replaced with new rollers and installed the stops back in place. Very easy, finished in less than 15 minutes. Replacement rollers very much improved with design from the original rollers.

Removed rack, removed old roller pieces, installed new, replaced rack , and works as new now!!

Although the replacement part was different that the original, the replacement is a better design and attached with no difficulty.

and figured that was the problem. After a call to a delightful young lady in your service department We concluded that these rollers were the only thing available. Dejected I went back to my project with the intent of removing the wheels and grinding them down BUT 1st I gave it one more try and after some careful alined--Presto they rolled into the 2 tracks. Removed two upper rack rail end cap stops. Removed upper rack. Replaced four old upper rack rollers (wheels) and installed four new upper rack rollers. Replaced upper rack in correct position. Installed two new upper rack rail end cap stops. The new end caps were different from the old ones, and the new wheels had shorter retaining arms than the old ones. Once observing the differences, the new parts fit properly and perfectly.

My wife grabbed the upper rack as she fell backwards across the front of the open dishwasher. It broke her fall - she is fine thank goodness - but the roller slides broke and the rail was destroyed. The dishwasher repair was easy - just had to put new parts in place. The detail parts explosion helps in determining how all physically goes together. Everything works as good as new. I used the pliers to remove one of the old wheel axles that was attached to the basket.

Used diag wire cutters to remove temporary cable tie that I installed to make temp repair. Positioned redesigned GE OEM wheel axle on tray, snapped in place. Walked away after abt 1 min repair job.

I thought the parts wouldn't be aailable. 10 minutes on the interner, easy check out, arrived UPS next day, popped off the old wheels according to the diagram and popped the new ones on.

pulled the racks out, replaced the broken parts....easy job

This repair was a snap. The parts, though not identical to the original, fit perfectly. I was able to snap both the Rack Slide Cap and the new wheel axle to the existing washer cage and the machine works great now.
