Thank you for your question. If the freezer is not cooling, first make sure that the freezer is set to the proper temperature. If it is, check the condenser fan motor near the compressor to see if it is working. The condenser fan circulates air through the condenser coil to remove heat. If the refrigerator is warmer than normal and the compressor is running almost continuously, then you may have a problem with the condenser fan motor. Check the area around the motor to see if there is anything preventing it from moving freely and see if it is worn or damaged. If it is, it will need to be replaced. If the fan motor is fine, you may have low freon or an issue with the compressor and you will need to have a qualified technician come out and inspect the refrigerator. We hope this helps!
