I have an error code of sy cf. What is the fix for this? Does it need a new main power board?
For model number DGUS2645LF4
Hello Larry, Thank you for your inquiry. This indicates a communications failure at power up. First check the wiring between the control board and the user interface. You may have to replace your control board. Hope this helps!

My refrigerator stopped working completely. The technician checked it and found the main power board water soaked. Water has been leaking unto the floor intermittently. Ice forms at the bottom of the freezer and blocks the air flow. Besides the Main control board, what other parts do I have to replace. Thanks for your response.

Hello Claudette, thank you for contacting us. The main control board for your model is part number PS11703793. For leaking issue we would recommend checking the drain pan for any damage. If it is fine, then you may need to replace the drain tube, part number PS11703640. We hope this sorts out your problem!
If my digital thermostat goes up and down compressor humming coils not frozen over what can cause the freezer temp to go from zero to 21 and go back back to 0
For model number fgus2637leo
Hello Maria, thank you for contacting us. It sounds like you have a sealed system problem like you're low on freon. All of the coils from top to bottom should be lightly coated in frost. You need to pull the refrigerator forward and remove the lower back access panel. Make sure the fan next to the compressor is running. If so then clean the coils next to the fan motor so that the dust isn't stopping the condenser from cooling down. If this all checks out you may need to call a certified technician out to check the freon pressure. Hope this helps!
