Great part, fits perfectly.
In the beginning it was very confusing, I had no idea that there were so many different types of mixing valves for the same washing machine. Yours was the third site I had tried and immediately upon opening the site the valve that matched the one i had in my hand was on the screen. Thanks Dan Cyphers

Water drips in tub when not in use
For model number GCWN2800D2WW
Hi Pat,
Thank you for your question. If there is water leaking into the tub when it is not in use, then the issue is with the water inlet valve and it will need to be replaced. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

When set to hot water, the water temp is warm to the touch. Will this part solve my problem?
For model number GTW180SCJ0WW
Hello Paul, Thank you for your inquiry. We would advise checking the temperature switch, the water inlet valve, and also check the hot water line coming into the washer. Hope this helps!

I can't get hot water when i turn on hot. I have cold water and partial warm but no hot water. Checked screens and they are clear. Hope this part will work. How do i install it?
For model number GTW180SSJ0WW
Hi Diane, thank you for your question. First you will have to unplug your appliance and shut the water off. You will then have to unscrew the water lines from the back of the machine. Once you have done that you will have to remove the screws holding in the back panel to the machine. After that panel is removed you will be able to go around to the front of the machine and pull down the front of the control panel so that you will have access to the valve. After that it is just a matter of unplugging the valve and unscrewing it from its spot to remove it and then install the new one. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
