This mounting bracket is manufactured to secure your dishwasher to your countertop. Mounting brackets should be installed so the dishwasher doesn’t tip forward. You can fit the bracket to either the cabinet or countertop. This part is about 3 inches long and is made of metal. This kit does not include the screws, please order screws separately if necessary.

How does the bracket attach to the dishwasher? The parts diagram does not look like the actual part.
