Hello Ray, Thank you for the question. If the airflow is restricted or blocked in some way your oven can overheat which will cause it to shut off. We suggest checking to make sure the blower is working normally. We also suggest testing the two limit switches with a Multimeter to check the continuity. We hope this helps!

Hi Donald, thank you for contacting us. Disconnect the power to the range for 30 seconds. Reconnect the power and see if the door will unlatch. If the door does not unlatch and you do not have food in the oven, set the oven to self-clean for 1-2 hours. Wait approximately 30 minutes for the oven to cool, and then try to unlock the door. If the door unlocks, the control has reset itself. If nothing resets the door lock, then you just need to manually open the door and replace the door latch assembly. It is not easy to manually unlock the door. You will need to use a coat hanger to pull the latch assembly from right to left by slipping it down between the door and the oven frame at the top. Force the latch over to the left and open the door, then you can remove the panel in front of the door latch and replace the latch assembly. Do not force the latch at any time. If the oven door still will not unlock, you will need to check the following parts: the oven sensor, part number PS236398, and the door lock assembly, part number PS2355825.
