Board replaced, now error code F9A.Checked continuity ondoor switch, good.Original board was replaced due to oven door continualiy locked and would not open.
For model number JS750EF3ES
Hello Kevin, thank you for your question! If your GE range is displaying an F9 error code, it means that there is a problem with the oven’s door lock. The door lock is automatic and stays locked when your oven is running through a cleaning cycle. When you can’t open it, it’s probably due to it being jammed, a defective door switch, faulty wiring, or a defective control board. To fix this issue, we recommend you check and replace the door lock assembly, part number PS2355825. We hope this information helps!

Oven shuts off during preheat. No codes are shown. The top still works. Will this part fix my problem? Thank you for your help.
For model number JS750SF1SS
Hello Ray, Thank you for the question. If the airflow is restricted or blocked in some way your oven can overheat which will cause it to shut off. We suggest checking to make sure the blower is working normally. We also suggest testing the two limit switches with a Multimeter to check the continuity. We hope this helps!
Self clean will not work. Door will not unlock and the range clicks
For model number js750ef1es
Hi Donald, thank you for contacting us. Disconnect the power to the range for 30 seconds. Reconnect the power and see if the door will unlatch. If the door does not unlatch and you do not have food in the oven, set the oven to self-clean for 1-2 hours. Wait approximately 30 minutes for the oven to cool, and then try to unlock the door. If the door unlocks, the control has reset itself. If nothing resets the door lock, then you just need to manually open the door and replace the door latch assembly. It is not easy to manually unlock the door. You will need to use a coat hanger to pull the latch assembly from right to left by slipping it down between the door and the oven frame at the top. Force the latch over to the left and open the door, then you can remove the panel in front of the door latch and replace the latch assembly. Do not force the latch at any time. If the oven door still will not unlock, you will need to check the following parts: the oven sensor, part number PS236398, and the door lock assembly, part number PS2355825. If this does not help, you will need to replace the control board, part number PS11700842. Please reach out to customer service if you need help placing an order. Glad to be of help!
My oven won't shut off after I turn it off. Is this the control board? I have turned the breaker off which shuts it off for the time being but it happens again.
For model number JS750EF3ES
Hello Marcus, thank you for reaching out. We have researched the model and would recommend checking the broil element, part number PS8755304, and the hidden bake element, part number PS8755303, for continuity using a multimeter. If any one of them is burned, it may prevent the oven from shutting off. If both the elements are working fine, the issue might be with the oven sensor, part number PS236398. We would also suggest checking the main control board, part number PS11700842 if the problem remains. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
