Hello, my freezer is freezing however the lower or bottom half doesnt cool as it use to. I check and the air way isnt blocked and the evap fans is working

My freezer temperature in the top of my refrigerator is fluctuating - sometimes in the 20's range and sometimes below zero.
It basically is empty at the moment. I'm curious if it's the thermister in the wiring harness.
Any suggestions?

Hi Edwin, thank you for the question. Based on our understanding, the issue could be with the temperature sensor and wire harness, part number PS11700028. It senses the temperature inside the refrigerator and sends information to the electronic control board. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

Thanks fir help so far,
to be clear the freezer workins fine, tip top shape however, the cod air is not circuatingto the bottom, is like the evap fan not blowing hard enought to push the air down bottom hence bottom is just chill even when temperature is turn to the Max. but yest still open the top n air hits like north pole.
