Will this work with my model and why the change from original manufacture motor? This one lasted 4 years. How long should they last?

Hello Kelly, thank you for your question. Yes, this is the correct replacement motor for that model. The manufacturer has replaced the original motor with this motor as its used on the newer units. It should last as long or longer than the original. I hope this helps!

The knob for setting timer cracked. We used a plyer to turn the metal piece and it is now stripped. Not sure what part we need besides the knobs.

I am needing the shaft for my timer motor. It broke off. I have ordered a new timer motor. Will it come with a shaft for the nob or is that a separate order ?
